Ben has 10 years of previous car audio experience including, custom sub box design; a professional installer from remote starters to custom car installation. He competed in DB Drag Racing World Finals.
He enjoys vacationing in Puerto Vallarta Mexico where he plan's to live someday.

Clarence has been with the Certified Team for the last five years. He has attended many sound competitions, car shows, and helped to design and set up several of the displays. His passion and knowledge of car audio make him a system design specialist. Days off: Clarence spends his spare time working on vehicles under 1000cc's and discovering the wonders of high end home audio.

Darryl Dahl - Sales Manager
Darryl has been in the car audio scene competing for over 15 years in IASCA (the International Auto Sound Challenge Association) and has been on the Certified team for 13 years. He has received 4 invites to the IASCA world finals in the U.S.
He is the designer of the Certified Radio Sound Team and has led them to over 350 trophies. His unique personality adds an undeniable element of fun to anything he organizes.
He was first trained as a car starter specialist. Since then he has perfected designing car audio and car security systems.
At the south side store you’ll find him organizing, delegating jobs, handling dealer relations, and training sales staff.
DAYS OFF: Darryl loves hunting, fishing, camping, and spending time with his wife, Christy, and baby, Jana.

Better reffered to as Uncle Mike, he has been the figure head of our store on 107th Ave longer than any of us can remember. He was an Advisory Technician with the Alberta Journeyman Advisory Committee and an Electronic Advisor at NAIT. Mike is a well of information on anything you can imagine. Days off: When he is not at Long & McQuade picking out the latest in sound recording equipment and guitars, he works on transforming his house into a palace.

Shawn comes to us with 2 years of prior car audio related experience in sales and installation. He has been with the company since May 2007, and he specializes in full audio systems and in dash navigation systems. If you have any questions on the Pioneer Avic line hes the man to ask. In his spare time Shawn is usually working on his Drift car, or out at the track competeing in The DMCC drift series.

Trevor came to us with 2 years of sales experience. A little training and 7 years later, you'll find him at our Whyte Ave store handling dealer relations and install appointments. In addition to this, he constantly remodels our show room like moms do to their living rooms. His specialties are video systems and car stereos. Days off He spends quality time with his wife and kids.
